HELIOCARE Oral Capsules – 60

Heliocare Oral is not taken to prepare the skin for sun exposure like beta-carotene capsules, but swallowing the capsules ensures basic sun protection. Heliocare Oral should be taken approximately two hours before exposure to the sun.

Dosage: Up to 30kg body weight, take 1 capsule daily about 30 minutes before exposure to the sun. If you stay in the sun for a longer period of time, take an additional 2nd capsule approx. 4 hours later. Up to 70kg body weight, take 2 capsules and, if you are staying in the sun for a longer period of time, another 2 capsules approx. 4 hours later. If you are over 70kg in body weight, take 3 capsules and if you are staying for a longer period, another 3 capsules approx. 4 hours later. Heliocare Oral should always be combined with Heliocare sun protection products.
