Clean and dry the skin area where you’ll apply the stick (face, cheeks, nose, ears etc.).

Remove the cap and twist up a little of the product so the stick part is exposed.

Apply the stick directly to the skin by gliding it gently over the surface: areas like the bridge of the nose, cheeks, ears and maybe hairline are typical for a stick format.

Then spread/blend the product evenly with your finger or a clean cloth to ensure full coverage—sticks may need some spreading so you don’t miss patches.

Apply just before sun exposure (typically ~20 minutes before) to ensure good adherence/protection.
Re-apply:
• After swimming or heavy sweating
• After towel-drying
• At least every 2 hours if out in the sun for a prolonged period

Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes.
For young children, other sun-protection measures (clothing, shade) are also important.
